interesting timing
Is it just me, or is it extremely coincidental timing that suddenly women are being told to have fewer mammograms and PAP tests just as health care reform is going to the floor?
Having listened to a wide range of medical voices on this, one thing seems consistent: Women scientists and physicians believe the original standards should be kept and male scientists and physicians seem torn–some for and some against.
More on this later, but it’s defnitely something to think about. Since the lives of women and girls have never been primary for the health care industry or the government, that is.—VAB
