blurring the lines between church and state

Nov 12th, 2009

Jonathan Turley, who hasn’t forgotten what it is to be a constitutional law professor (unlike some), has been following the increasingly disturbing trend in the Obama Administration and the Brown Administration in the U.K. toward blurring the separation of church and state.

He has an interesting post on a case currently being decided by the British Courts about who is and who is not a Jew.

Separation Anxiety: British Courts To Decide Who Is a Jew

We recommend the piece not just for the info on the disturbing case, but also for the various links to cases related to this dangerous trend in both the Obama and Brown governments.  —VAB
